Request account & data deletion
We'll permanently remove your personal information, keeping only what we're legally required to retain (such as billing records). This is handled by a person and isn't instant — expect a reply within a few business days.

We'll send you a copy of the personal information we hold about your account — your details, shopping lists, and usage history.
We'll ask you to confirm from your account email before actioning either request, to make sure it's really you.
